Refund policy
We at Sabel The Label want you to be absolutely in-love with your STL purchase which is why we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe. Please note that refunds will only be processed for defective items.
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
All shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer and not payable by Sabel The Label. Sabel The Label requires all return parcels to be sent via a secure, pre-paid and traceable postage method. Lost or stolen return parcels are not liable to Sabel The Label.
Customers are required to pay the return shipping fee therefore if any item/s are returned that don’t meet our policy they will be sent back to the customer who will then be charged another returned shipping fee.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@sabelthelabel.com.au. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- The product you’re exchanging
- Valid reason for exchange
- If you would like an exchange or store-credit
Exchanges are offered on return orders given it is equal in value. This return process is subject to product availability. If we are unable to fulfil an exchange request, store credit will be issued. The total amount credited will be minus original shipping charges, including items with free shipping on the original order.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items for change of mind (This does not include items purchased with a discount code). Returns will only be accepted on sale items if the item is faulty.

Damages and issues
Although here at Sabel The Label (the site, we) pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our products, however, we ask that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
